About Active United Front

The Active United Front (AUF) is an Anti-capitalist, anti-racist and feminist front that actively resist all the attacks of the elites, big businesses and the state on working people and the poor.

AUF stands to free all forms of oppression and exploitation. We stand resolutely against corruption and cronyism in all its abhorrent forms.

OUR Principles

Feminist & Anti-sexist

We stand against the oppression of women in our society,. We reject all forms of discrimination against women that restrict their full enjoyment of their right to work, association, expression, and to play a full and leading role in public life.

Profoundly democratic

We are for the most thorough-going democratization of our society, which we shall reflect in the way we run our own organization and affairs. We recognise we have different views and we encourage the organisation and full promotion of those views.

Anti-capitalist

We are for a society where the sustainable meeting of human needs is paramount. We stand for the radical redistribution of wealth, and for a system where democratic control extends across the economy.

Anti-bureaucratic

We oppose the tyranny of functionaries that usurp the rights of decision making. Those placed in leadership structures, shall get no priviledges over the membership by virtue of their leadership position.

OUR VISION

We align ourselves to fight for the rebuilding of hope and dignity of our people to rise up and take the future into our own hands and rebuild a society in the image of ourselves.
